Cason Thorsby is a serial entrepreneur, having started several companies in the CPG space. During his stint in CPG, he raised several million dollars in venture capital, grew his companies to $10mm+ in revenue through domestic and international distribution channels, and sold those brands to his distributors. Cason also started and grew a luxury real estate portfolio in Detroit that specialized in short-term rentals, and quickly became one of the largest AirBnB hosts in the city. His passion for real estate, technology, and background of raising capital lead him to start MINO Lending Solutions.
Mr. Thorsby attended Central Michigan University obtaining a B.A.A. in Entrepreneurship and received a full ride scholarship to graduate school as an assistantship with the Dean of the College of Business, where he earned his MBA, specializing in management consulting.
He lives in Bloomfield Hills, MI with his wife and twin boys.

William Dickson is President of Marketplace Homes, a national brokerage and property management company, and Managing Director for Finance Michigan, a diversified private equity firm. Mr. Dickson previously worked for Walleye Trading Advisors on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and on the commodities trading desk at Citigroup. He serves as a Director for both First National Bank in Howell and the Alumni Association Board of Directors for Kalamazoo College. He received his B.A. in Economics from Kalamazoo College, G.C. from the London School of Economics and Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Michigan and holds his Series 3 and 30 licenses.
He lives in Royal Oak, MI, with his wife and two young kids.

Chad Skop is Managing Director of Megladon Capital, LLC, a boutique real estate investment and private equity firm. Through Megladon Capital, Chad has invested in nearly every real estate investment avenue: turnkey rentals, fix n flip, fix n hold, short-term rentals, and multi-family real estate syndication. For almost ten years, Chad was at the nation’s leading mortgage lender in various roles from underwriter to Team Leader, running various underwriting teams ranging in size from 10 – 65 underwriters covering Agency, FHA, Jumbo, VA, and USDA products. Most recently, he managed the rollout of the USDA product, working directly with capital markets and the USDA national and field offices to develop guidelines and processes. He also spent extensive time working directly with technology partners to develop or enhance programs that ensured quality and efficient underwriting practices. Chad's interest in real estate and investment comes from his passion for improvement and creating change. MINO Lending Solutions was the perfect opportunity to do both. Mr. Skop went to Central Michigan University, obtaining B.A.A in Entrepreneurship and following that up with an MBA specializing in management consulting. He holds his Direct Endorsement with the FHA. Mr. Skop currently resides in Detroit, MI.

John DeSilva, aka Big Cat, is the CTO of Revela, Inc., a real estate software and services company based in Detroit, Michigan. He previously worked as a software developer at Atomic Object in Ann Arbor. He received a B.A. in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Michigan, and is a proud Eagle Scout. He lives in downtown Detroit.
